Privacy Policy — TailorNaap

About the shop using the app:

• The shop's mobile number, used to sign in with a one-time code.
• The business name and owner's name, if the shop enters them.
• A random ID the app creates on each phone, used to record which phone made a change.
• The IP address of a request for a sign-in code, kept with that code to stop abuse.

Records the shop enters about its own customers:

• Customer names, phone numbers and, optionally, addresses.
• Body measurements, stitching choices (collar, cuffs, pockets and so on) and notes.
• A history of changes to each record: what changed, when, and from which phone.

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone data, advertising IDs, analytics or crash reports, and it shows no ads. It does not collect any payment information.

• To sign the shop in and keep its account secure.
• To store the shop's records and keep them in sync across the shop's phones.
• To give the shop support when it asks for help.

We do not sell any data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Records are stored on the shop's phone and on a server we rent to run the app. Data travels between the app and the server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the shop that created the records can see them in the app. We (the developer) can access them to run the service and to give support.

We do not share data with third parties. When the shop taps a WhatsApp button in the app (to sign up or to ask for help), the app opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send; anything sent there is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

We keep the shop's data while its account exists. A record the shop deletes in the app is kept so it can be restored, until the account itself is deleted.

In the app, open Settings → Delete account (اکاؤنٹ ختم کریں), or follow the steps on our account deletion page.

• At once: the account can no longer sign in or sync, and its data is removed from the app.
• For 30 days: the account and all its records can still be restored if you ask us.
• After 30 days: the account and all its records — customers, measurements, history and sign-in data — are permanently erased from our database.
• Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so erased data is gone from backups within 14 days after that.

TailorNaap is a business tool for adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
