Delete your TailorNaap account

1. Open TailorNaap and tap the settings (gear) icon.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (اکاؤنٹ ختم کریں).
3. Confirm with Haan, khatam karein.

Email support@razahussain.com with the subject “Delete my TailorNaap account” and the mobile number the shop signs in with. To protect your account, we confirm the request with that number (on WhatsApp) before deleting. We act on confirmed requests within 7 days.

• At once: the account can no longer sign in or sync, and the app removes its data from the phone.
• Within 30 days: nothing is erased yet, so a mistaken deletion can be undone — ask us and we restore everything.
• After 30 days: the shop's account and all its data are permanently erased — phone number, business and owner names, every customer record (names, phone numbers, addresses, measurements, notes), the change history, and sign-in data.
• Backups: nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so the data is gone from them within 14 days after that.
